While the great total eclipse on Aug 21 2017 was only a partial on the Northern Bruce, it was still pretty amazing. Kevin, Jeremy and Elizabeth Thorn and their friends Jackie and Alan watched it safely through solar eclipse glasses from my deck.
Attached is a photo taken by our very own Amanda Stanger of the eclipse as it appeared. NOTE The next total is in our backyard (Hamilton, Niagara Falls etc.) on Apr 8, 2024.
